The pastor of El Bethesda Tabernacle is Brother Panzu Tshibangu Kantumunda Louis . he believed the message in 1982 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, He relocated with his family to Cape Town, South Africa in 2002 to pasture God’s sheep based in Cape Town and its surroundings.
Under Pastor Panzu Tshibangu Kantumunda Louis’s leadership, GOD has done so much wonders and the church has ever since expended.
As the shepherd and overseer of the church, he conducts and acts upon any programme which he believes to be the plan of God, according to the Word of God. To this end, he solely assumes supreme authority, and meets the initial responsibility to the Church, as to the keeping and promoting of its spiritual welfare.
